How to use
How to use: mix the bleaching powder in a non-metal bowl with the most suitable ING oxiding emulsion, using a mixing ratio of 1:1.5 to 1:2. Leave on for 15 to 40 minutes. The choice of developer strength, dilution ratio, and processing time depends on the condition of the hair and the desired result. Do not place under a heat source. Do not apply the product to the scalp.
